Ken Damato

Founder and CEO

Ken has a long history of working for Fortune 100 companies and is particularly proud of his time at GE where he led Marketing for the Lighting division. Following these experiences Ken spent a few years in Private Equity which is where he hatched the plan for DoughMain. Ken and his wife are very proud of their two boys age 12 and 7. Their son Michael is always in their hearts and minds.

David Reim

Officer

Starting out as a software developer in the Silicon Valley, David founded one of the first digital marketing agencies in the early 1990's. David lead the growth of this company over the next decade and sold it in 2005. David and his wife enjoy their expansive family of 5 children aged 15, 14, 13, 10, and 8, as well as four dogs and an immortal rabbit.

Marc Vigod

Chief Technology Officer

Marc is a serial entrepreneur having started four previous companies - three of them web based. The sale of his last company, a high traffic web property, was to Hearst Publications. Marc and his wife have just welcomed their son Austin into teenage-hood.

Sarah Whitney

Vice President, Operations

Starting out as a chemical engineer, Sarah has worked with Fortune 100 companies in a wide range of roles. Sarah uses her Six Sigma Master Black Belt to keep us all in line. Sarah is tightly linked with her extended family based in Conneaut, Ohio.

Lloyd Glavocich

Director of Development

Lloyd comes to DoughMain from a 20 year career with the New York Stock Exchange. Since our company is located on Wall Street in Princeton New Jersey, Lloyd likes to say that he traded one Wall Street for another one. Lloyd and his wife have their hands full with 14 year old twin girls.

Greg Zesinger

Director of Game Development and Marketing Services

Greg's dual background of product development and marketing has served him well through his work in the video game, educational and specialty toy, and casual game industries. Beginning his career at world game leader Electronic Arts, Greg worked his way up from a tester to a key producer on multiple award winning titles. He and his wife have two beautiful girls, ages 8 and 5, and a goofy Bichon Frise.
